We will begin with an astrology overview of the stars and sky, then get into a somatic embodied experience with yoga nidra and sound waves.
Includes breathwork, body scan, subtle and inspiring gong sounds, gentle movements, lovely location, tea & water. Calm your nervous system and activate your relaxation (rest & digest) response, within a small group. Come as you are, lay down, listen to your inner guidance, and explore what is true.
