A 75 minute Inner journey with intention setting. Sound is alchemized to your intentions and preference. This special session can also be for up to 4 people of your same group. This set and setting allows for a more integrated experience dedicated to you and/or your small group. Bring your intentions.

When the gong sings your being listens. It listens with every cell of your body. You hear it and feel it. You begin to sense more. The obscure sounds leave your brain guessing and eventually stops as you begin to feel and heal. The vibrational frequencies penetrate into every cell of your body. The experience is personal, like a dream. There are moments during a gong meditation where the subconscious can become conscious, the mystery becomes illuminated and insight follows. If this is your first gong experience, the gong meets you where you are. No experience needed. If your a frequent traveler, every experience is different. For a comfortable time, please bring a yoga mat, and or blankets, pillows, water bottle, crystals, stuffed animal, anything you feel to enhance your journey.
