Breathwork with Sound healing

David and Meg will combine powerful yet gentle forces to create an immersive and illuminating experience. David will share his current astrological wisdom to set the tone, and Meg will guide everyone in a simple yet powerful 45 min breathing pattern (see more below) Once the rythmic breathing returns to normal David begins a gentle sound healing session about 35 min to help absorb your experience The sound healing experience will take its own course directed to activate your higher self and purpose including gongs, hand pan, kalimbas, crystal and Tibetan bowls, and the ocean drum.  All the cozy items such as blankets, pillows, soft mats are provided, but you can bring your own if you prefer, be prepared to lay down and receive for over an hour.
